Join Ani Anderson, Co-creator of Sensation-Based Motivation Coaching,
and Heather Newcomb, Women's Program Manager at VT Works for Women
in an intimate discussion about what is WORKING in reforming the prison system.

As a graduate of the Sensation-Based Motivation Coaching program, Heather has been using cutting-edge somatic coaching methodology to decrease recidivism, increase successful community re-entry, and increase successful job procurement following incarceration.
Ultimately, Heather is providing convicted individuals an opportunity to HEAL and EMPOWER their lives so that they can use the corrections system as a transformational process and a turning point in their lives rather than one of the worst things that have ever happened to them... rather than a slippery slope of crime and addiction... rather than something that ends up defining their life as a victim or a perpetrator.
